We have a name

With further talking to cousins, we finally have a name which the youngest daughter of Constantinus John had written on a piece of paper found in her belongings when the house was cleared by her son, Brad Smith and his wife, Erica. The name is printed, not cursive writing as cousin Wendy Bannister pointed out would be more common and we do not and cannot find out why it was on a scrap of paper in her bedside drawer. However, it is an important clue. IT IS ROSSOLIMO. We explored this more than a decade ago and found no proof but this takes us a step closer even if, without knowing where Sylvia got the name, or why she wrote it down. But write it down she did and it is a bit out of the norm for Greek names, most of which Australians would assume ended with TOPOLOUS. So, now to find a Greek researcher to see if we can find a Constantinus married to a Georgina or Anastasia, given Greek naming traditions gives the name of the paternal grandfather to the first-born son and the name of the paternal grandmother to the first born daughter. Work on the book continues and I will update the ROSSOLIMO research as we gather more information.
